Lucknow: Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court on Monday fixed May 19 as the next date of hearing a plea challenging the resolution issued by the Centre to constitute a committee on the Lokpal Bill.

A division bench of Justices Pradeep Kant and Vedpal directed Attorney General GE Vahanvati, appearing for the Centre, to file a better counter-affidavit on the next hearing.
