Puducherry: Union Minister of State in PMO and senior Congress leader V Narayanasamy turned 66 today.
Volunteers and leaders of different wings of the opposition Congress today launched several welfare schemes to mark the celebrations of the leader`s birthday.
Narayanasamy was elected to Lok Sabha from Puducherry parliamentary constituency.
