Singh on Friday described the Wikileaks disclosure of "vote for
cash" as a ploy to create "sensation".

"It was nothing but to create sensation," Singh Congress
general secretary told reporters here.

He also doubted the authenticity of the Wikileaks
disclosure.

Singh arrived here today to take part in Tata Steel`s
function at Noamundi in West Singhbhum district tomorrow.
