Will win 2014 polls under Narendra Modi: Shiv Sena

Mumbai/New Delhi: Shiv Sena has come out in support of Narendra Modi, ahead of the expected announcement by the BJP later on Friday anointing the Gujarat Chief Minister as the party’s PM candidate in 2014 polls.

Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut this morning said, “Yes, we will win 100% if we fight under Narendra Modi.”

Raut said the nation wanted to get rid of the Congress and that the Shiv Sena stands with the BJP in projecting Modi as NDA’s PM candidate.

He further informed that Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray congratulated Modi over phone last night.

“Yesterday Uddhav ji talked to Modi ji, He congratulated him as well. We will welcome it if Modi is declared PM candidate,” Raut informed.
