New Delh: What would be the answer to a simple search for 'India's first prime minister' on Google? Well, we all know “Jawaharlal Nehru" was the first PM of India but Google's picture says otherwise.

What users did not expect was a picture of Narendra Modi, that too with a snippet about Nehru from Wikipedia which Google has shown.

Even the popular internet search engine Google could also make a mistake.

It is said that the error is probably because on the Wikipedia page from which the direct answer is sourced has PM Modi's image featured. But then the file name of the image and the caption clearly mentions Narendra Modi.

This is the second time the popular search engine has shown PM Modi's photo under the wrong search query. Earlier this year, a search of 'Top 10 criminals in the world' showed Modi's picture along with criminals like Dawood Ibrahim and Al Capone. Google had then apologised to the Prime Minister.
