Guwahati: The opposition Asom Gana
Parishad on Tuesday pointed to the killing of Lilawati Basumatary
sister of the chairman of the anti-talk faction of National
Democratic Front of Bodoland Ranjan Daimary to accuse the
Assam government of `secret killings`.
"The Congress has accused our erstwhile government of
indulging in secret killings, but what about the assasination
of the sister of a top Bodo militant?" AGP president Chandra
Mohan Patowary asked.
Patowary alleged before reporters that Chief Minister
Tarun Gogoi had admitted that he believed in `open killing`
which was proof of what had happened.
