Naveen Patnaik seeks self-appraisal of ministers

 Ahead of completing one year in the office during his fourth term as Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik has sought self-appraisal of his all ministers.

Bhubaneswar: Ahead of completing one year in the office during his fourth term as Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik has sought self-appraisal of his all ministers.

In a note to all ministers, the chief minister's office (CMO) said that Patnaik wanted to know regarding fulfilment of promises made to the people by different departments.

"Note-sheets bearing the signature of the chief minister have been sent to all ministers. They have been given a time of two days to furnish report of their respective departments," a senior official at the CMO said.

The ruling BJD headed by Patnaik is all set to complete 15 years in the office tomorrow. The party continued to remain in power since March, 2000.
