Moga: Ajmer Singh Lakhowal was on Tuesday
unanimously elected as president of Punjab unit of Bharti
Kisan Union for eighth time.
Lakhowal, who will serve another five years as president,
said he would continue his struggle for a hike in MSP so that
farmers could get remunerative price for their produce like
wheat, paddy and other crops.
"Will also take steps to strengthen the farmers`
organisation by setting up units at village level," said the
new president of BKU.
