Notice to SAD candidate for violating model code

Amritsar: A notice has been served on sitting MLA and SAD candidate from Ajnala constituency, Amarpal Singh Bony, by the Election Returning Officer here for allegedly violating the model code of conduct.
An official release today said that Bony allegedly held an
election meeting in the premises of a Gurdwara in the
constituency against rules.
He has been asked to submit his reply as to why action
against him should not be initiated, it said.
