New Delhi: Danish Abrar, son of former Union Minister late Abrar Ahmed, and PCC spokesman Archana Sharma figure in the list of 42 Congress candidates for Rajasthan Assembly polls announced on Wednesday night.
While Abrar will take on Diya Singh of BJP from Sawai Madhopur, Sharma is the nominee from Malviyangar in Jaipur city.
PCC General Secretary Jagdish Chand Jangir is the nominee from Sadulshahar replacing the sitting party MLA.
Former Minister Bhanwarlal Sharma is among several MLAs who have been renominated. With today`s list, the party has decided candidates for 105 seats and is yet to finalise 95 of the total 200 seats.
Congress is ruling Rajasthan which is expected to witness a keen contest with BJP trying hard to come back to power.
