Militants kill 10 in Pakistan

No group claimed responsibility for the attack.

Islamabad: Ten people, including three
women, were killed on Saturday when suspected militants attacked a
bus in Kurram tribal region of northwest Pakistan, where
clashes between rival Shia and Sunni tribesmen have killed
hundreds of people over the past few years.

The bus was going from Kurram agency to Nowshera in
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province when it was attacked by the armed
men.

Seven persons, including three women, died instantly
while three others succumbed to their injuries in a nearby
hospital.

Police launched a search operation to trace the
attackers.

No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
