Islamabad, Jan 31: Days after Indian Charge d' Affaires in Pakistan lodged a series of protests over his harassment by Pakistani intelligence officials, Indo-Pak diplomatic tensions came to fore again with Islamabad complaining to the Indian mission here about the "aggressive tailing" of two of its top diplomats in New Delhi.
Pakistan foreign office yesterday called Indian charge d' affaires Sudhir Vyas and complained of alleged "aggressive chasing" of deputy high commissioner and defence advisor of the Pakistan high commission in New Delhi.
Pakistan's concern over the latest "Indian provocation" has been conveyed to the acting Indian high commissioner in Islamabad, an official news agency said last night.
Indian high commission officials here said that Vyas has been orally told about the Pakistani complaint.
In addition to this, the charge d' affaires has been told that Pakistan was ready to release over 280 Indian fishermen detained in Karachi and Islamabad's readiness to hand over
plot of land - located opposite the Indian high commission - bought by India long time back to construct residential quarters for its staff.

Besides yesterday's complaint to Vyas, Pakistan today sent a verbal note complaining of the same.
