RAKESH KAPUR - AMRITSAR
THERE HAS BEEN A CONSIDERABLE CHANGE IN PAKISTAN`S ATTITUDE TOWARDS INDIA (MAY BE BECAUSE OF ITS INTERNAL SITUATION AND STRAINED RELATIONS WITH USA) PARTICULARLY AFTER THE NOMINATION OF HINA RABBANI KHAR AS THE FOREIGN MINISTER OF PAKISTAN. IT IS A WELCOME STEP AND WE BOTH INDIA AND PAKISTAN NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS IN THEIR NATIONAL INTERESTS TO HAVE PEACEFUL AND FRIENDLY RELATIONS.
