Peshawar: Hours after they were released from jail following the Peshawar High Court’s orders, all three sons of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Sufi Muhammad were once again arrested late on Thursday.
The News quoted the Swat District Police Officer, as saying that Sufi’s sons were wanted in various other cases, so they have been arrested again.

On Wednesday, the Peshawar High Court had directed the authorities to release Ziaullah, Rizwanullah and Hayatullah, terming their detention as ‘illegal’ and ‘unconstitutional’ under Section 3 of the Public Maintenance Order.

The three men were arrested along with their father, from their residence in Peshawar on July 22.

They were later sent to prison under the provision of the Maintenance of Public Order law, which allows people to be detained without charges being filed against them.
