Two-year-old Pakistani girl abducted, raped, killed

A two-year-old girl in Pak was raped and her body dumped along with her toys in a trash bin.

Islamabad: A two-year-old girl in Pakistan`s Gujranwala city was kidnapped, raped and her body dumped along with her toys in a trash bin, police said.

A medical report has said Samawia, who was abducted and later killed, had been raped, Express Tribune reported Thursday.

Tariq Yasin, a police official, said that Samawia was abducted by a neighbour, Rahim, who killed her. He dumped the body in a trash bin. The police are hunting for Rahim.

Irshad Butt, Samawia`s grandfather, told reporters that it seemed that Samawia died from the sexual abuse.

The media report said that the bag used to dump Samawia`s body carried the child`s toys.

The police have arrested a private school owner and a neighbour who used to often play with Samawia.
