Gadkari, Advani to campaign in Tamil Nadu

Chennai: BJP president Nitin Gadkari and senior
leader LK Advani will be among those campaigning for the
party in Tamil Nadu for the April 13 elections.

Gadkari will be campaigning at Madurai, Manamadurai and
Aruppukottai on April seven while Advani is visiting the state
on April 10.

Advani`s itinerary was being finalised, party sources said
adding he was likely to address a rally at Chennai.

Rajya Sabha MP Hemamalini and BJP leader Smriti Irani
will also canvass for votes for the party in the state, which
is facing elections for the 234-member Assembly in support of
Subramanian Swamy`s Janata Party.

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was also likely to
visit the state, they said.
