Chennai: Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah on Sunday greeted UPA nominee Pranab Mukherjee on his win in the Presidential elections, saying as the country`s 13th President, he would steer the nation to greater heights.
"Please accept my heartiest congratulations on your election as the President of India. Your rich acumen, vibrant knowledge,wealth of experience and foresight will steer our nation to greater heights and place it on a high pedestal among the comity of nations", Rosaiah said.
"I wish you all success in your distinguished service to the nation", he said in his message to Mukherjee.
