Erode: A fast track court has sentenced a man
to life in a case relating to the murder of a 77-year-old
woman near last year.
The prosecution case was that the man had quarrelled with
the woman over waste-water from her house flowing near his
residence and had hit her head with a firewood on January 1
last year, killing her.
Fast Track Court Judge Rajasekar delivered the judgment
yesterday.
