Puducherry: Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah Friday inaugurated the Vaasavi International school, sponsored by Puducherry based Arya Vysya Sangam and Puducherry Arya Vysya Educational Society.
He lauded the interest shown by private players to promote educational activities.
Puducherry Lt Governor Iqbal Singh said it was imperative that urgent measures were taken to reduce the level of stress on children by introducing stress-free mechanism in education system.
Chief Minister N.Rangasamy said Puducherry government accorded priority for education.
