Bhadshah Singh is BJP candidate from Mahoba

BJP has announced Bhadshah Singh, another dropout from Mayawati ministry as its candidate from Mahoba Assembly constituency.

Lucknow: The BJP on Saturday announced Bhadshah Singh, another dropout from Mayawati ministry as its candidate from Mahoba Assembly constituency.
Singh, who served as the labour minister in Mayawati cabinet was ousted after he was inducted by Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta NK Mehrotra in a land grab case.
A known party-hopper, who has been elected four times as MLA on a BJP ticket, Singh had joined BSP before the 2007 polls.

Earlier, the saffron party has fielded tainted names like Chhatrapal Singh, Daddan Mishra and Sacchidanand Hari Sakshi Maharaj as its candidates.

Daddan Mishra, who was a minister of state for Ayurvedic medicine in the Mayawati government and was shown the door after being indicted by Lokpayukta is a BJP candidate from Bhinga.

Sacchidanand Hari Sakshi Maharaj -- who had faced rape charges from two women – is a BJP candidate from Bhongaon in Western UP.

Chhatrapal Singh , an accused in the Cash-for-vote scam is the BJP candidate from Anupshahr.
