Agra: A clerk at the Army Airborne Training School here has been arrested under Official Secrets Act after he was allegedly found in possession of confidential data in his mobile phone and laptop, police said on Wednesday.
Uday Vir Singh was arrested from his residence last evening after sensitive details about flight movements and recruitment were found in his mobile phone and laptop, Inspector Satish Singh of Shahganj police station said.
An FIR had been registered against Uday Vir on the complaint lodged by Captain Gajendra Singh.
Police said Uday Vir's mobile and laptop would be sent to an army laboratory in Delhi for forensic examination.
