FIR against SP MLA in Mainpuri

Mainpuri: An FIR has been registered
against Samajwadi Party MLA Sandhya Jatheria for allegedly
threatening a party worker and using abusive language against
him, police said on Wednesday.

Jagdish Yadav, an SP activist lodged an FIR at Kishni
police station yesterday alleging that Jatheria had abused him
and threatened to kill him, they said.

Jatheria, a legislator from Kishni Assembly
constituency here, also lodged a cross-FIR against Yadav
alleging that he abused and threatened to kill her.

"Both the FIRs have been registered and investigation
is on," SP Happy Guptan said.
