Flood alert sounded in dozen villages of UP

A flood alert has been sounded in a dozen villages of Uttar Pradesh following overflow of the river Yamuna.

Muzaffarnagar: A flood alert has been sounded in a dozen villages of Uttar Pradesh following overflow of the river Yamuna.
According to officials, there is a threat of flood as the water level of the river Yamuna is rising following which an alert has been issued in one dozen villages, including Issopurtil, Sehpat, Mawi, Haiderpur, Ramda, Nagla Rai, Khurgan, Mandawar, Pathera and Balheri.
