Our country will never get rid of greedy and corrupt people, in fact, the world over, it is like this. This is a cancer and it would keep spreading and infect the good people also. After all, persuasion or promise or threat from vested interests is sufficient. See the way Anna`s anti corruption team getting rattled. (We should not bother whether Anna is good or bad. But we should expect him to deliver what the common man wants against corruption). One natural calamity has to wash out entire humanity on this earth. After sometime, new beings should appear.

You are right. It appears that real estate prices are not rising to the benefit of builders. The government also wants to earn extra money through home loan interest. The farmers also want unreasonable compensation without contributing to productivity. Who knows what is happening behind the scenes in the fight for justice of common man booking flats. All these will continue for eons. I don`t know where we are heading to. Only some ultra-natural-calamity should wash out the entire humanity and bring new beings who would let one another in peace and work for prosperity of one and all. The world over is like this - greedy and corrupt people. Those who work honestly but still less fortunate and struggle to bring up their children would keep doing for generations.
