Bulandshahr (UP): A jilted lover shot at
his girl friend and killed her father before committing
suicide by shooting himself dead in Narora town here, police
said on Wednesday.
Parmendra (24), a B.Tech student, was in love with
Shivani (25), a MBA student. Yesterday when she refused to
marry him, the accused in a fit of rage went on a shooting
spree, SP Rural M P Singh said.
Parmendra first shot at Shivani with his father's
revolver. Hearing her cries, father of the victim came out of
the house and was shot dead by Parmendra.
After the shooting spree, Parmendra escaped to his
house and committed suicide by shooting himself dead with the
same revolver.
The incident occured at Anu Vihar Colony of Narora
Atomic Power Plant at Narora town here late last night.
