Man stabbed to death in Muzaffarnagar

A 28-year-old man was stabbed to death allegedly by four men over some quarrel at Rasolpur village under Kandhla police station in Shamli district, police said on Sunday.

Muzaffarnagar: A 28-year-old man was stabbed to death allegedly by four men over some quarrel at Rasolpur village under Kandhla police station in Shamli district, police said on Sunday.

Rohtash Singh had gone to a shop last evening when he had a quarrel with the shopkeeper. Rohtash was then stabbed to death allegedly by shopkeeper Gholu and three of his associates, Tejpal, Sanjay and Sachin, they said.

A case has been registered against the absconding accused and the body sent for post-mortem, police said.

In another incident, one Kirshanpal (30) who was missing since April 17 was found murdered at Kidana village in Shamli district yesterday, they said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem and investigation is on.
