Former Labour Minister Badshah Singh said a court in Mahoba had stayed his eviction from the property which he was accused of grabbing.

Lucknow: Former Labour Minister Badshah
Singh, who was sacked from the Mayawati ministry following a
Lokayukta probe, on Monday said a court in Mahoba had stayed his
eviction from the property which he was accused of grabbing.

He said the Lokayukta had found him guilty of grabbing
hospital land on which his family had constructed a 2-storeyed
house.

On December 22, a court in Mahoba had stayed his
eviction from the property which he had been accused of
grabbing, Singh told reporters here.

He was removed from the ministry in October after he was
held guilty by the Lokayukata of grabbing land in Maudhaha
area.
