Mainpuri: A man was allegedly killed
and his wife seriously injured by their sons in Murar Maddapur
village over property dispute, police said on Friday.
Durgvijay Singh (60) and his wife Akanshna were attacked
with sharp-edged weapons by a group which included their sons
Shivmangal, Suraj and Sabal Singh, they said.
Durgvijay died on the spot, while his wife was admitted
to a hospital in serious condition.
Singh had recently sold his two bigha land for Rs 2 lakh
and gave it to younger son Yogesh, they said.
An FIR has been lodged against the culprits.
