Allahabad: UP Board Intermediate (Class 12) Results 2012 were declared on Tuesday (June 5).
The UP Class 12th Results 2012 was announced by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Allahabad shortly after 12.30 pm today.
Candidates can log onto to the website http://upresults.nic.in/UPBIN12/InterGetRoll.htm to get thier result.
According to officials, 89.4 per cent of the students who sat for the exams passed - a 10 per cent jump from last year`s results. In absolute numbers, 23.31 lakh students of the total 26.83 lakh cleared the exams.
Lakhs of students from India’s most populous state who had appeared for the school leaving examination have been waiting for days with anxiety about their fate. Their parents are also anxious as Intermediate results will play a deciding role in selecting their child’s career path.
