Kolkata: Mamata Banerjee, who is all set to retain power for the second term in West Bengal, addressed a press conference today, shortly after poll result hinted towards Trinamool's massive victory in the recently held assembly election.
In her speech, the Trinamool Congress leader appealed for peace and asked the opposition to learn from this experience. "It is an unprecedented victory despite a joint opposition unleashing violence," Mamata said.
The West Bengal Chief Minister also accused the opposition parties of organising false campaign and conspiring to defame her.
