Kolkata: Accusing CPI(M) and Trinamool
Congress of playing political blame-game and doing nothing for
landless farmers, Maoist leader Kishenji has said they would
provide all necessary support to such peasants at Rajarhat
where a luxury resort was burnt down recently.
Kishenji asserted that CPI-(Maoist)`s frontal
organisations were already working on organising a movement
against the government and land mafias by mobilising landless
farmers` support in the area.
"Our frontal organisations are already working in the
area and, if need be, we will definitely go there," Kishenji
said.
"Vedic village has been given undue advantage and farmers
have been forced to sell land at gun-point," he alleged.
On the other hand, coming down heavily on Trinamool
Congress chief Mamata Banerjee, Kishenji said, "When the state
government has scrapped the IT township project where IT
giants like Wipro and Infosys were involved, Mamata is
demanding revival of the IT township project again."
"We will not allow this to happen," he said.
