A bomb exploded inside a cafe north of Baghdad on Thursday, killing four people and wounding seven, police and a doctor said, lowering an intial toll of seven dead.

Baghdad: A bomb exploded inside a cafe north of Baghdad on Thursday, killing four people and wounding seven, police and a doctor said, lowering an initial toll of seven dead.

The blast in a town east of the city of Baquba followed a series of car bombs that hit central Iraq earlier in the day, killing four people.
