Danish magazine to publish Kate`s topless pictures

The pictures, showing Kate sunbathing topless in France, sparked off legal action in France while publications in Italy and Ireland have also published them.

London: As Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge today returned here from their tour of south-east Asia and the south Pacific, a Danish celebrity magazine announced that it would publish Kate`s topless photos in its edition tomorrow.

The Danish weekly `Se og Hoer` said the photographs of Kate Middleton taken clandestinely during a private holiday in France, will be published in its edition over 16 pages.

Editor-in-chief Kim Henningsen said the pictures will show Denmark "what these photos are all about."

A statement on the Danish publication`s website today said: "Se og Hoer has exclusively (in Denmark) obtained the pictures of the topless Duchess of Cambridge, Kate. Tomorrow we will publish a 16-page spread full of piquant photos of England`s future queen."

The pictures, showing Kate sunbathing topless in France, sparked off legal action in France while publications in Italy and Ireland have also published them.
So far no British publication has used them.

Earlier this week, a Paris court banned French magazine Closer from re-publishing the pictures and ordered it to hand over the originals to the royal couple within 24 hours.
