Patna: A local court on Thursday rejected an
anticipatory bail application filed by Pune stud farm owner
Hasan Ali Khan in a case relating to his obtaining a passport
from the regional office here on the basis of fake documents.
District and Sessions Court judge VN Mishra passed the
order rejecting Khan`s plea, filed by his advocate Rana
Pratap.
Pratap had moved the application on May 5, 2011.
A case was registered at Kotwali police station in
December last year by a passport official in Patna against
Khan for obtaining a passport in 1997 by submitting fake
residential address.
