Raipur: Heads of grampanchayats in Naxals
infested and tribal dominated regions of Chhattisgarh would be
trained in social justice.
In near future, regional level workshops would be
organised for sarpanchs and heads of district panchayats in
Naxal infested and tribal dominated Bastar and Sarguja
regions, state`s panchayat and rural development minister
Ramvichar Netam said here on Monday.
In workshops, discussions of high court judges would be
held so that panchayat representatives learn about social
justice, he said.
The aim behind this idea is to make weaker sections of
the society capable of getting justice, he said.
The minister said social justice plays a crucial role in
financial development and urged panchayat members to
strengthen weaker sections through various government schemes.
