New Delhi: It was a cold and foggy morning here Thursday. The minimum temperature was 7.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
"There was fog in the morning, but the day will be clear. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 20 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
"The visibility in Delhi at 8.30 a.m. was 400 metres due to the fog," the official added.
Humidity at 8.30 am was 94 percent.
Wednesday's maximum temperature was 19.6 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the minimum was 9.2 degrees Celsius, slightly above the season's average.
