New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao on Saturday said that people all around the world are praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership abilities and added that the latter's standard was very high at world level.
"I am happy that the chief justice has said this. I thing he is echoing similar sentiments expressed by many top leaders of the world. President Obama called Modi a man of action in front of everyone. People all around the world are praising him," said Rao.
"Today he has emerged as the top global leader. He echoes not only the sentiments of the whole world but of the Indian population who have supported. I feel the standard of Modi is very high at world level," he added.
Earlier on Friday, Chief Justice of India HL Dattu praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a "good leader" with a foresight and desire to give good governance to the nation.
"I rate him as a good leader, good human being and a man with a foresight and one who wants good governance," said Dattu.
