New Delhi: It was a relatively warmer day for
Delhiites on Wednesday as the minimum temperature rose a bit to
settle at 6.7 degrees Celsius.

Today`s low was two degrees below normal for this time of
the season and 2.3 degrees more than yesterday`s minimum of
4.4 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature in the last 24 hours was recorded
at 22.1 degrees Celsius, which is normal for this time of the
season.

Yesterday, Delhiites had woken up to a chilly morning as
the minimum temperature was 4.4 degrees Celsius. The city has
been experiencing a pleasant climate for the past few days.

The MeT office has forecast shallow fog in the morning
tomorrow with the maximum and minimum likely to stay between
23 and 8 degrees, respectively.

December saw the minimum temperature coming down to 2.9
degrees Celsius on Christmas morning, the lowest of the season
so far.

The record lowest minimum for the month was on January
16, 1935, when the mercury touched minus 0.6 degrees Celsius
while the highest maximum was 32.5 degrees on January 28,
2004.
