Ahmedabad: In what is likely to cause major embarrassment to the main opposition party BJP, a video showing one of its leaders from Rajkot Mohan Kundariya walking over school children at an event has come to fore.
Interestingly, Kundariya is BJP`s Lok Sabha candidate from Rajkot in Gujarat.
The video has gone viral on social networking sites, triggering criticism from all quarters.
The video, which was taken at a yoga camp organised by the Arya Samaj, shows Kundariya walking over the shoulders for the children while several party supporters are waving saffron flags.
However, Kundariya has defended himself and has passed the blame on the organisers whom he said have forced him to walk over the students.
He also said that this was done to demonstrate yoga to the kids.
