Jammu: Police has recovered 15 empty cartridges and some iron rods from goods sent from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point along LoC in Poonch district today.
During screening of the PoK goods by scanner machine, authorities detected and recovered 15 cartridges of AK rifle and some iron rods from boxes of walnuts at Chakan-Da-Bagh Crossing point in Poonch today, officials said.
The goods were sent by trader Hamid Raza Hashmi of Hajira (PoK) to Dewan trader owned by Abdul Gani of Poonch, they said.
The truck carrying the goods was returned, police added.
