Jamshedpur: Two persons including a former journalist were killed while another suffered serious injury when their car fell from a narrow overbridge on Hatgamariah-Jhinkpani road in West Singhbhum district, the police said.
The victims identified as Kalit Singh, a former journalist with a local news channel here, Ashok Sharma died on the spot last night when their car fell into a ditch, Officer-in-Charge of Hatgamariah, BA Kerketta said.
Singh was working in an agent in the finance sector.
Soren Hesa, the driver, sustained serious injuries and was admitted to Tata Main Hospital, he said.
