Four lower court Judges suspended in MP for misconduct

on Monday suspended four lower court Judges on the charges of
misconduct.

The action was taken following a probe against the
Judges, a senior official of the High Court said in Jabalpur.

The HC issued suspension orders against Additional
District Judges (ADJs) PC Gupta, posted at Baidhan in
Singrauli district, RP Gupt, Jaora in Ratlam district, VS
Patidar posted in Mandsaur and Judicial Magistrate First Class
(JMFC) RK Yadav posted at Churhat, Sidhi district, he said.

During the suspension period, Gupta will be attached
to Shahdol court, Gupt to Dhar court, Patidar to Neemuch and
Yadav to Sidhi court, the offcial added.
