Nagpur: A passenger was detained on Tuesday with
three live cartridges at the international airport here,
police said.
Manoj Yadav from Kanpur, who was boarding the Delhi-bound
Air India flight from the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar airport, was
detained with the live ammunition by security personnel after
a baggage check.
The passenger belonged to a political party and had come
to attend a marriage reception here yesterday, police said.
The bullets were for his licensed revolver, they said,
adding, further investigations are on.
