Mumbai: Irked over the "kid" remark made in
an apparent reference to him by Sharad Pawar, Shiv Sena
executive president Uddhav Thackeray on Friday lashed out at the
NCP chief saying that he should first consider the age of his
daughter Supriya Sule and nephew Ajit Pawar before making such
comments.
"I pray to god to give good sense to Pawar. Make him
remember what is the age of his daughter and nephew," Uddhav
said in a statement here.

The reaction by the Sena executive president comes a day
after Sharad Pawar without naming Sena chief Bal Thackeray and
his son Uddhav said, "I don`t meet my senior friend these days
and I don`t talk to kids on such issues."

He made the comment when asked the reason for Shiv Sena`s
opposition to the Jaitapur nuclear power project.
Uddhav further said that Pawar, who "serves" the Congress
should also recall the age of the party`s general secretary
Rahul Gandhi.

"The youths should now decide on whether to vote for the
NCP or not in the wake of the condemnable comments against the
younger generation by Pawar," he added.
