New Delhi: The results for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) entrance test for MBBS programme for the session 2014-2015 were declared on Wednesday.
Roll numbers of candidates, who qualified for admission, were displayed on notice board of Examination Section, AIIMS official website.
The results can be checked on http://www.aiimsexams.org/.
Pattisapu Srividya, 17, from Vizag city topped the entrance test, while Vasishta Polisetty, a 17-year-old boy from Hyderabad, got the second rank.
Srividya recently scored all-India 9 rank in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) entrance test, 7 rank in EAMCET, 59 rank in All India Pre Medical Test and all-India 8 rank in Manipal Medical Entrance Exam.
The entrance test to AIIMS was conducted on June 01. Over 1.5 lakh students from across the country sat for it.
AIIMS, New Delhi, has a total of 70 seats, of which only 37 seats are for general category students.
