New Delhi: In a surprise move, visiting Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar visited senior BJP leader LK Advani at his residence here on Wednesday, hours before holding talks with her Indian counterpart SM Krishna.
The meeting with Advani is being termed as a courtesy call.
The Pakistan forign Minister also met senior BJP leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Sushma Swaraj. This is for the first time a foreign delegate met two people from the Opposition.
Besides the BJP leadership, Khar would be paying a courtesy call to 10 Janpath to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi, besides holding talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
