Hyderabad: Quran has solution to every
problem of humanity and there was a need on part of the
members of the Muslim community to properly convey the message
from this holy book, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman K Rahman Khan
said here on Saturday.
Addressing a seminar on `The Quranic Solutions to the
Contemporary Social Issues`, Khan said "Quran has solution to
every problems that human beings face from birth-to-death.
There is nothing that which you cannot get guidance from
Quran."
Quran gives guidance to every aspect of day-to-day
life, personal and social life, obligations and other issues
and it also establishes the concept of accountability, he
said.
Quran gives solutions for every aspect of social
justice and condemns exploitation. Solutions to all types of
issues can be found through Quran and Muslims had the biggest
responsibility and duty in conveying the messages from Quran
in guiding humanity, Rahman Khan said.
He regretted that the Islamic society did not condemn
the beheading (of two Sikhs in Pakistan) in a big way.
Followers of Islam should have made condemnation in a
bigger way. But did that happen, he asked. This (beheading)is
the worst act which will never be pardoned by Allah, he added.
"We need to search our souls and hearts on are we
really spreading the message, the Quran provides," Khan said.
