New Delhi: With the health of yoga guru Baba Ramdev deteriorating, senior Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday evening to discuss measures to resolve the impasse.
The two leaders are believed to have deliberated over the strategy to deal with Baba who is fasting for a stringent Lokpak Bill and to bring back black money stashed abroad.

He has been shifted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Himalayan Medical Institute in Dehradun. A decision to force feed the Baba is being contemplated.

Earlier in the day, noted social activist and a prominent member of Team Anna, Swami Agnivesh had met Pranab Mukherjee to discuss methods to take negotiations with Baba Ramdev forward.
Swami Agnivesh had appealed to the government to engage with Baba Ramdev over his demands. Pranab had apparently promised to work-out a solution to this problem.
