Zeenews.com, the portal of India’s largest television news network Zee News Limited, has emerged as the fastest growing website in the Indian news web space for more than one year now.
In achieving the feat, Zeenews.com has left behind all other leading portals of major media brands in the country.
As per website metrics like Google Analytics and Comscore, Zeenews.com has registered a growth of about 8-10% month-on-month compared to other leading news portals which have at best registered a month-on-month growth of 5%.
The website also ranks among the top 5 English news websites of the country. With the exception of Zee News, all the other remaining leaders in the news web space are supported by English mother brands.
Buoyed by the success, the website is now planning a new age look and feel incorporating cutting edge and latest coding and technology. While this will be launched shortly, the website plans to foray into new territories by bringing in more language options besides the existing Hindi, Marathi and Bangla ones.
