World Cup 2014: Google features another colourful doodle on Day 3

To celebrate the world`s biggest sporting extravaganza, Brazil FIFA World Cup 2014, Internet giant Google came up with another colourful doodle on the third day too of the grand event.

New Delhi: To celebrate the world`s biggest sporting extravaganza, Brazil FIFA World Cup 2014, Internet giant Google came up with another colourful doodle on the third day too of the grand event.

Visitors were greeted with a colourful doodle which depicts the Group B opener of the 2014 FIFA World Cup between Spain and the Netherlands at Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador.
The first three letters of the word Google are in red colour depicting crazy fans cheering for Spain and the last three are in orange colour depicting fans supporting the Netherlands. Doodle also features a ball with Brazilian colours of green and yellow which is being tossed between the two teams.

The doodle also features two tabs, one of which when clicked gives information about other doodles related to FIFA World Cup and the second tab allows the user to share the same on Google+, Facebook and Twitter.
On the first day of World Cup 2014, Google honoured the beginning of the event with a colourful doodle.

On the second day, Google celebrated the glittering opening ceremony hosted by Brazil and victory of the host nation over Croatia and another doodle depicting match between Mexico taking on Cameroon.
